I have sent two different emails on May 15 and again on May 18 and still no response. I wasn’t even able to try it. Every time you open it, pieces fall out everywhere. "Overall I love this product. It’s easy to apply, is forgiving for people who aren’t contour experts, and even smells delicious! My only negative (which is why I docked one star) is the product size. I feel like the packaging makes it look like you’re getting a lot more than you actually get. The photo shows a brand new stick rolled up as high as it will go."

"Love the color and texture! If they would remove the vanilla scent of this product, it’d be 10/10! The scent is reminiscent of bathroom spray. If you’re smell sensitive, stay away! Otherwise fabulous product."
